Here are just some of the trees in the yard.

Here is a big Magnolia on the right side of the house.

Here is one of the several other smaller Magnolia trees.

Here are the four Sago Palms in the yard.

New growth in a Sago Palm.

This are a couple California Fan Palms.

Here are some other Palm trees.

The picture below is of a Red Cedar tree along the road just to the right of the gate.

Here is another Red Cedar tree at the gate to the yard.

This is a Spruce tree that has been overtaken by vines.  The previous owner cut some of the vines, I need to cut the rest.  Then hopefully the vines will die and the tree will live.

Here is one of the many Crepe Myrtles that run along the fence.  I'll post another picture when they all bloom.

This is a Holly tree with lots of red berries on it.

Below is a pear tree with tons of fruit on it.

I'm not sure when they'll be ready but the previous owner says it gets so heavy with pears the branches droop to the ground.

Here is a picture of a Pin Oak tree.

Below is a Live Oak tree.  It is like so many in the area with the Spanish Moss hanging off them.  This was planted by the previous owner and makes for a lot of shade under it.  Live Oak don't grow high, they grow wide.  This is why there are so many streets down here where the Live Oak trees completely cover the streets.

Below is a Grape Vine the previous owner planted.  He has told me a couple of times the type of grape but I forget.  I had never heard of it before.

This is the vine growing on the foundation.

There are these weird fruit growing just on this part of the vine.
