The three car garage was too crowded, three Harleys, 2 190sl Mercedes, an MGA a boat and Lynns new car, so I added a garage under the house.  I took down part of the cinder block wall and added retaining walls.

I moved the fill to create a ramp into the garage.  Eventually we're going to have a concrete Tabby ramp put in.

Here is the new door.  So the three Harleys and Lynns car go here.

We had a 20' by 12' shed built for the boats.

Three kayaks, a canoe and the wooded boat.

Next I rebuilt the three car garage.  This is what I started with.

I replaced all the siding along the front and had to rebuild all the overhangs.  There were five squirrels, one white and four gray, living in the overhang that I had to chase out.

I decided to put a metal roof on the place.

I bought a Wagner power painter which was great.

Here it is with the new doors, lights and windows.  The 1939 Texaco pumps and old style air pump are up front and lighted.  A concrete Tabby slab will eventually go in front of the garage.

Next all the walls got insulated and covered.  In the back corner new cabinets were put in.  The floor got epoxy painted.  The ceiling still needs to get done.

And best of all, a hydraulic lift.  Because of the low ceilings, I got a half height lift.  It lifts about 45 inches.  It is portable so I'm putting anchors in the floor at the far bay as well.
